Vehicle Description
Walkaround Description
This 2014 Chevy Cruze starts right up, shifts fine, and goes down the road smooth without pulling. The steering feels straight, cruise control works, and the suspension stays quiet over the road without any clunks or clicking axles. Inside, the radio works, the A/C blows cold, and the heated seat controls turn on. All four matching tires have plenty of tread left, around 50% to 60%, so you won't need to replace rubber right away. Cosmetically, it has typical Midwest wear. There's some rust bubbles on the lower rocker panels, a little surface rust by the gas door, and rust marks on the front bumper where the license plate screws were. The front lower grille has a crack in the plastic, and the driver's seat bottom has normal seam wear. The driver-side window regulator isn't working—the motor makes noise, but the glass stays propped up, so that will need fixed. There is a crack running across the bottom of the windshield starting with a star crack on the passenger side that will need attention depending on your local state inspection laws. Also, the check engine light had several stored codes cleared right before the test drive; while no lights popped back on during the run and the car drove fine, the 1.4L feels a bit sluggish going up hills, which could point to a weak turbo.
