2016 CHEVROLET Equinox
Vehicle Description
Walkaround Description
This 2016 Chevrolet Equinox starts right up, runs smooth, steers straight, and stops with solid braking power. On the road it accelerates nicely and rides comfortably without suspension rattles over the pavement. The interior has held up remarkably well with clean back seats, working power windows all around, functioning cruise control, heated seats, and ice-cold air conditioning. The body looks sharp and straight from 10 feet away, making it a comfortable budget commuter. Cosmetically, it shows normal wear for its mileage including a spot of rust starting on the lower driver-side rocker panel, a small scuff and cracked reflector lens on the rear bumper, and tearing on the outer edge of the driver's seat bottom cushion. Tire tread is sitting around 30% in the front and 40% in the rear. You've got a bad alternator that triggers the battery charging warning light, and a failing front passenger wheel bearing causing noticeable road hum and setting off the ABS and traction control lights. The tire pressure monitor light is also illuminated on the dash. To top it off, a bird struck the windshield during the test drive, leaving a large shattered impact spiderweb across the passenger side that will need replacement.
