Vehicle Description
Walkaround Description
This 2011 Chevrolet Traverse starts up, runs, and drives under its own power. On the road test, the transmission shifted through gears and it handled the highway route just fine. The steering and suspension felt reasonably tight and responsive on turns, and the brakes stop the vehicle without any grinding or vibrating. All four power windows roll up and down properly, the radio plays music through the speakers, and it has third-row seating that folds flat if you need extra cargo room. Cosmetically, it's got typical budget-car wear inside and out. The rear tailgate has noticeable clear coat peeling, and there is rust starting around the rear wheel wells and lower doglegs. The tires are worn close to or at the wear bars and will need replacement soon; plus, oversized tires on the front cause some rubbing on the inner fender liner when turning. Inside, the radio screen doesn't light up, various dash and radio buttons are sticky, the center dash storage cubby latch is broken so it stays popped open, and the driver seat side trim is loose. The dash is lit up with warning lights, including ABS, Brake, Traction Control, and Tire Pressure lights, which also prevents the cruise control from turning on. The exhaust system has a noticeable leak that makes the car louder than it should be, especially upon acceleration. Additionally, the power steering had to be topped off before driving and whines slightly, the left turn signal hyperflashes indicating a burned-out bulb, the driver side taillight lens cover is missing, and the A/C button merely flashes, indicating low refrigerant or an A/C system fault.
