2010 VOLKSWAGEN Routan
Vehicle Description
Walkaround Description
This 2010 Volkswagen Routan fires right up, shifts smooth, stops on a dime with no pulling or shaking, and steers straight and responsive down the road. Under the hood it runs the tried-and-true Chrysler 3.8L V6 drivetrain, meaning parts are cheap and easy to find just like any Grand Caravan. Inside, the gray leather interior is very clean with Stow 'n Go folding seats, working power sliding doors, a power rear hatch, dual rear flip-down DVD entertainment screens, heated seats, and working heat and air conditioning. Cruise control works as it should, and it's a solid, quiet driver with 128k original miles. The tires are getting down to around 30% tread, so you'll want to budget for a new set before winter hits. The driver side windshield washer nozzle sprays fine, but the passenger nozzle isn't spraying out fluid. Cosmetically there's a couple small door dings and scratches, along with typical leather wear and weather cracking on the front seats that you'd expect from a 14-year-old family hauler. You've got a couple of dashboard warning lights lit up: the tire pressure monitoring light is on from a bad wheel sensor, and the check engine light is on for O2 sensor heater circuit codes (P0152 and P0155). There's also bubbling paint and surface rust starting on the bottom lip of the rear tailgate and on the front passenger fender arch that has been touched up.

⚠️ The Bad

💀 The Ugly
