Vehicle Description
Walkaround Description
This 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport starts right up and handles everyday driving duties well. Out on the road, it steers straight, gets up to highway speeds with plenty of power from the 2.0L engine, and the brakes stop firmly with no pulling or shaking. The automatic transmission shifts through the gears as it should, and cabin equipment like the power windows, cruise control, wipers, washer sprayers, radio, and hot heater all test out fine. The blue exterior paint looks nice and glossy, and the cloth interior is clean and free of any large rips or tears. Cosmetically, there is curb damage and cracked lower bumper trim on the front passenger side, along with minor paint scrapes on the front fascia. The tires are worn down to around 30% tread close to the wear bars, so they will need replacement before too long. The fluids were found low upon arrival and had to be topped off, so you'll want to monitor levels periodically. You can hear a noticeable wheel bearing hum that gets louder when loading up the passenger side, which will need to be replaced soon. An OBD-II scan also pulled pending camshaft position timing codes (P0011 and P0014), indicating variable valve timing or sensor maintenance will need attention down the line.
